The LanguageCert international English language exams have gained a significant position in the education system and the global language certification market, due to their clear structure, organizational flexibility, and international recognition. During the year 2025, LanguageCert will continue to offer regular and accessible opportunities for students, learners, and professionals who aim to become certified at levels A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Registration for paper-based exams typically closes 7 days before the exam date, while for online exams, 48 hours in advance is sufficient.
The certificates are valid for life and recognized by over 2,000 institutions and universities worldwide.
The exams are divided into two separate parts:
- the Written part
- the Spoken part
which can also be taken on different days.

ISI is an authorized center for organizing LanguageCert GENERAL and SELT exams – the only exams recognized by the British Embassy for the visa application process for work, study, and family reunification purposes.
Furthermore, the LanguageCert SELT exams are approved by the UK Home Office. These exams are organized monthly in Tirana, and the dates for each month are published on the official LanguageCert SELT for UKVI website.
